Check-In Desk State

Defines the state of a CheckInDesk at a particular point in time.

'A' - Desk is allocated to a "Handler".

'O' - Desk is opened for check in, and allocated.

'C' - Desk is closed for check in, but still allocated.

'F' - Desk is not allocated to any "Handler".

'D' - Desk is disabled.
