Notes on the different in-block times and their relationship
ACI DD Term | Notes |
|---|---|
The Airline's schedule. Typically received in IATA flight messages or schedule files. | |
The ScheduledInBlockTime as received from the AirportSlot system. It should be the same as the ScheduledInBlockTime, but might differ. Some Airports are not strictly slot regulated, or not slot regulated at all. | |
The estimated InBlock time as received from the relevant Airline. NB! Airlines do not always send this time as they have little control over taxi times on the airport. They will more often send AirlineEstimatedLandingTime. | |
Operational in-block time. Usually calculated by adding EstimatedTaxiInTime to landing time. Can also be provided by an Airport CDM (Collaborate Decision Making) system. | |
What the Airport consider the most likely/probable time for InBlock. This is the Airport's version of EstimatedInBlockTime. NB! ProbableInBlockTime should always exist for any arriving Aircraft. | |
This is the time that should be shown to the public/passengers when it differs from ScheduledInBlockTime. There might also be restrictions on how early it's made available. | |
When in-block actually happened. |
