Definition	The date and time that an Aircraft is scheduled to be InBlock as agreed by AirportSlot coordination. Always UTC.
Allowed values
Comments	Keeping the AirportSlot time separate can be useful for slot regulated Airports where there also are other sources of schedules, for instance IATA SSM. Even though both times are from the Airline they might not be the same, especially for airports that aren't strictly slot regulated. See InBlock for other in-block times.
