Definition | The date and time that an Aircraft Operator or Ground Handler (primarily) estimates that an aircraft will be ready for OffBlock. All doors closed, equipment removed, push back vehicle available and ready to start up / push back immediately upon reception of clearance from the tower or air traffic control. Always UTC time. |
