I understood that the airport slot is a more generic notion, representing a time window, set at seasonal/planning time, in which an airframe is allowed to occupy airport resources. The SIBT could converge to the initial time of this slot, but it also could not for operational reasons. This is also why slot compliance monitoring is in place, so that compliance metrics are calculated in post-ops, and slots could be confirmed or denied according to the % of compliance. Is this correct?
Perhaps we should refer to the Schedule Time as published by the Airline and purchased by the Customer.
At CDM Airports there is no difference between SlotScheduledInBlockTime and ScheduledInBlockTime because ScheduledInBlockTime (SIBT) has to be the Airport Slot
