Always later than ProbableLandingTime. Always UTC.

This timestamp should exist for all FlightLegs arriving at “your” airport. Typically a system specific time.

Also called “best time” or “calculated time”.

Typically ScheduledInBlockTime -> EstimatedInBlockTime -> ActualInBlockTime, but other times/calculations can also be used.
